Very kind and welcome staff, especially Alex at the hotel reception desk, which helped us a lot with medical problems (injury) that happened at the end of our skiing period. Alex personally took us to the clinic and then arranged us with the shuttle that took us back. Moreover, Alex arranged us the taxi that took us later to the Innsbruck hospital. All this even before we asked for any help. We were really impressed by such level of care and feel very grateful for all assistance we got from the hotel.
I would like again to express my gratitude to the hotel Kindl and personally to Alex!
We for sure would like to visit this place again in the future.
