Nice hotel, clean, with fine breakfast. Everything was fine except the fact that gentleman working on the reception was really rude. While populating paper regarding our city, passport number, etc he found that he cannot read something and start yelling that we do this for police not to him. Very unprofessional, very rude. We ask him about country of origin because it was printed wrong one, and he immediately start to argue the way hotel was booked. He acts like he is doing some favour to us. We are guests there and we pay for the service. At least I would expect that one should answer our questions with calm voice.
I have to mention that ladies working on the reception on the following day were nice and polite, as the one working with customers should be.
