The differences between the rooms in the old and new parts of the hotel should be minimized, so a consistent standard can be expected independently of what room you get.
One of the old rooms had problems with the thermostat on the heaters and remained fairly cold during the stay.
Personnel in the reception as well as the restaurant were very good and service-minded.
