Sehr freundliches personal, top Sanitäranlagen und wunderbare Lage am Wasser. Potsdam ist mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ein toller Aufenthalt, der Platz ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und erfüllen auch mal Wünsche abseits ihres Aufgabenbereiches (Shuttle)

Platz mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Größe des Wohnwagens wurde beim Check-in abgefragt, so hatten wir eine mehr als ausreichend große Parzelle. Eine kurzerhand geänderte Schrankenschließzeit (von 22 auf 21 Uhr, trotz mehrfach vorhandener Information, dass die Schranke bis 22 Uhr offen ist) fanden wir nicht so spaßig. Mussten an einem Tag deshalb das Auto vor der Schranke abstellen, und schweres Sack und Pack zu Fuß zum Caravan schleppen. Für den Folgetag wurde dann freundlich und professionell eine "Ausnahme" organisiert. (aber wieso Ausnahme??, 22 Uhr war vorher telefonisch zugesichert). Dass meine Partnerin mitten in der Nacht die Sanitäranlage nicht aufschließen konnte, war ein weiteres Highlight. Ein tags darauf ausgetauschter Schlüssel brachte keine Besserung, offensichtlich war der Schließzylinder verschlissen, er ließ sich nur noch mit Glück öffnen. Benachbarte Camper hatten das gleiche Problem.
