I'd appreciate more baggage carriages, especially at the moment when almost everyone is leaving (morning check-out) are just two carriages not enough. Everything else has been simply excellent.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the camp and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. However, we occasionally faced challenges with communication as the staff didn't speak much English. Without knowing German, it can be difficult to communicate effectively here.

Yes I would recomend the camp, but I missed some important information on your website. There is no information about your kitchen. I was suprised, that there wasnt disponible some dishes for cooking.
Also I missed information after check in. They should say something about carriage, that are disponible for baggage. I didnt know nothing about it and everything I took myself from car to the site of my tent (I went 5x time from car to site). Receptionist didnt say nothing about electricity, that is possible to rent the cable. So I tried to charge my telephone to the electro point in the middle of site, and after 2 hour I figured out, that the telephone is not charging, because the electricity is no available without paying. Maybe I am not expert for camping that I didnt know, maybe it is usually like this, but I was a little mad about this, that nobody told me.
Other think the receptionist saw that I have small child (8year), she should say something more about the family park and about the attractions inside. After the check in she didnt gave me wi-fi password. So I think that you should really improve your receptionist traning. I think that the receptionist wasnt very selfconfident in english lenguage, and that was the reason, that I didnt have information. I was very unplesant experience.
