The lady at the reception on arrival was very unfriendly ... claiming I did not have payed in advance, then claiming I would have only have payed just before arrival at the campgoudns, if she would have checked her computer she could have seen that I had payed in time (a short while after receiving the payment link). Her general tone was not friendly and ghave ma a bad feeling for the rest of my stay. Would also be good to provide the wifi information somewhere, as I could not get it becausr the office at the HafenKamp already closed at 16. It is also not very good that the kiosk already closes at 19hous and the restaurants etc also close so early. Very friendly staff at the kiosk though and on the day of me leacing.

The campsite is perfect, clean, staff friendly. Everything is accessible and the bike paths are absolutely great. I definitely recommend it, we will be very happy to come back here.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf dem Campingplatz sehr genossen und haben es begrüßt, dass Duschen und Stromanschluss nicht zusätzlich berechnet wurden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die ungemähte Wiese im Zeltbereich. Nach zwei verregneten Nächten reichte schon ein Gang zur Toilette, um völlig durchnässt zu sein.
